Casa Pelicano is a well appointed new home overlooking the ocean and beautiful San Pancho beaches.
Upon entering the home on the first level you will be greeted by an open floor plan with a modern fully equipped kitchen with an island, two sitting areas and a dining area. These all open up to the terrace with an infinity pool and BBQ area. There is also a full bathroom on this level.
On the second level you will find two suites with ensuite bathrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two queen beds. Also on this level is a studio room with two twin beds and a kitchenette.
You have the entire house when you rent Casa Pelicano, the owner Allison is available by phone or text 24 /7. Allison will help plan your vacation from start to finish, including airport transportation, private chef, yoga and massage in house and any activity available in the area. She will send you a list to choose from and plan your stay!
All of this great, personal concierge service is included in the rental of Casa Pelicano! There is also a house administrator that will be there to check you in and available by phone or text 24/ 7, concierge included in your rental.
Casa Pelicano is located in the Costa Azul area of San Pancho. You are close enough to town that you don’t have to rent a car or golf cart. It’s about a 20 minute walk to town on a cobble stone road. You may also get to town via the beach. The beach access is just a minute walk down the street.

Activity prices are extra and subject to change depending on the time of year. For all organized activities, reservations are required at least 48 hours in advance although more notice will guarantee there is availability. Cancellation fees apply without 24 hr notice.
